Man armed with knife attempts suicide at Armenian parliament

A man armed with a knife tried today to commit suicide in the control post of the Armenian parliament.

The correspondent of Aysor.am reported that a man who identified himself as Ashot declared that he cannot support his family. There were blood stains on his clothes. He explained his actions by his tough social conditions.

The security guards of the parliament gave him money. The man calmed down a bit and left the control post. He was drunk, witnesses said.
