Gyumri resident detained for illegal tree felling

A case of illegal tree felling was reported in Gyumri, according to the Armenian police. Information was received last evening that some trees were cut down on Gertsen Street of the city. Policemen established the fact of cutting down five trees. Samvel T., 48, was detained on suspicion of committing the offence. An investigation is underway.
