Aram Manukian: Constitutional Court’s decision will be incomprehensible

The secretary of Armenian National Congress (HAK) faction Aram Manukian said, when commenting on the Constitutional Court’s ongoing hearing of the lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of several provisions of the Law on Accumulative Pensions, that Constitutional Court of Armenia will make a decision that nobody will be able to understand.

He added that the court will not take a decision today. “The court will wait until feelings calm down and then it will make a decision,” Manukian said.
