Shooting stops, tree planting starts in Chinar village
Last evening the Azerbaijani side again opened fire at border villages and frontline positions of Tavush province in Armenia. In the words of local residents, the gunfire was quite intense.
No shots were fired this morning, the administrator of Chinar village Samvel Saghoyan told Aysor.am.
‘Thank God, our troops silenced the fire yesterday and there were no shots today. Tree planting has begun,” Saghoyan said, explaining:
“We are planting trees along the road leading to the kindergarten as it can be easily seen from their posts”.
No one was killed or injured by the gunfire yesterday.
