Sailov: Decision on Khojayan to be taken within month

The secretary of Azerbaijan’s State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons Shahin Sailov said that negotiations are underway to return Arsen Kjojayan, an Armenian civilian who crossed into Azerbaijan, according to day.az.

In his words, he assesses the course of negotiations as normal, but they need to clarify some issues.

A decision on Khojayan will be taken within a month, Sailov said. According to him, Khojayan did not express a wish to be transferred to a third country.
