Haykakan Zhamanak: Hrachia Harutyunian may get 7 years in prison

‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ daily writes that yesterday the investigation was completed into the road accident caused by Armenia truck driver Hrachia Harutyunian near Moscow last July. The case was sent to the prosecutor’s office.

According to the daily, it was found during the investigation that Harutyunian’s truck did not undergo technical inspection and its brakes were not working properly, of which Harutyunian was to be aware. He may get up to 7 years in prison.
