Hrayr Tovmasian and 100 employees of Justice Ministry donate blood

Acting Justice Minister of Armenia Hrayr Tovmasian and over 100 employees of Justice Ministry participated today in a blood donation action. According to H. Tovmasian, it is a peculiar way to congratulate woman on Motherhood and Beauty Day. Armenia needs 60-70 thousand donors, he said.
