Cooperation agreement signed between Yerevan and Ashgabat

Yerevan Mayor Taron Margarian is a member of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan-led delegation that is on an official visit to Turkmenistan. Taron Margarian and his Turkmen counterpart – Mayor of the capital city of Ashgabat Rejepgeldi Nurmammedov signed today an agreement on the establishment of friendship and cooperation between Yerevan and Ashgabat, the press service of Yerevan Municipality said.

Under the document signed in the presence of the presidents of two countries, Yerevan and Ashgabat will carry out mutually beneficial cooperation in such spheres as trade, economy, culture, education, tourism, youth policy, physical culture and sports.
