Presentation of ‘Margushavan, Maragha’ book by Bakur Karapetian

Chairman of the Shushi Charitable Foundation, writer and publicist Bakur Karapetian presented today his new book ‘Margushavan, Maragha’.

“I visited all regions of Russia to write this book. The Center of Information and Public Relations of the Armenian Presidential Staff assisted me with the book’s publication,” Bakur Karapetian said.

In his words, the book is an account of the massacres in Maragha and Margushavan villages. “It contains more accurate lists of those killed. 500 copies of the book were printed”, he said.

Benefactor Slavik Galstian, a native of Maragha, has sponsored the publication.
