‘I am against’ initiative stages rally outside Matenadaran

“I am against’ civil initiative is staging a rally outside the Matenadaran in downtown Yerevan today.

Member of the initiative David Manukian said that further practical steps will be discussed at the rally.

Speaking about the April 9 events on Nalbandian Street, David Manukian noted that it was another demonstration of the fact that “I am against’ initiative has no intention of retreating and will struggle till final victory.

As for the recent statement of Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasian that ‘those born after 1974 are nevertheless obliged to make compulsory pension payments”, David Manukian said: “No one is obliged to anyone”.

“Addressing the government or rather the resigned government, I want to say that the government, which is unable to meet the demand of the majority of people and does observe constitutional order, should be removed,” Manukian said.
