Vazgen Sargsyan’s brother appointed advisor to defense minister

'Zhoghovurd’ writes that Armen Sargsyan – the brother of Prime Minister Vazgen Sargsyan killed in the 1999 parliament shooting - has been appointed advisor to the Armenian defense minister. The paper notes that Defense Minister Seyran Ohanian made that appointment with the consent of President Serzh Sargsyan.
