Vahram Mkrtchian to replace Karen Chshmaritian as MP

Vahram Mkrtchian, who is number 115 on the proportional list of Republican Party of Armenia (HHK), will receive a mandate of parliamentary deputy. The seat in HHK faction became vacant after the appointment of deputy Karen Chshmaritian as Armenian minister of economy.
