Parliament to convene special sitting today

The National Assembly convenes a special sitting at 6:30 pm today, the acting speaker of the NA Edward Sharmazanov has announced, adding that the issue of the counting commission is on the agenda of the special sitting.

Sharmazanov held a working consultation earlier today concerning the structure and activities of the National Assembly’s counting commission.

The head of Heritage faction Ruben Hakobian told reporters following the consultation that the four non-coalition forces of the parliament refused to participate in the commission’s work.
