H. Abrahamian: Government works on pension reform bill
The Armenian government will introduce clarity into the compulsory accumulative pension issue in deed and not in name, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamian said during a briefing in the parliament today.
In his words, the government is working on the accumulative pension system’s bill in a coordinated way, with irrefragable answers to be given to all the questions of concern to citizens.
“We got representatives of all interested parties involved in the work. We even sent letters to the political forces asking them to join our work. I took the first step – the government abolished fines. Now we have to submit a draft law in line with the Constitutional Court’s decision,” Hovik Abrahamian explained.
