Sahakian: NKR residents spare no effort to make their land prosperous

The President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakian sent a congratulatory address on International Workers Day celebrated on May 1, according to the press service of the NKR President’s Office.

The statement reads:

“Dear compatriots!

On behalf of the authorities of the Republic of Artsakh and myself I warmly congratulate you on International Workers Day.
Our people have for many years celebrated this day, giving it a new sense at each stage.

Painstaking labor and an indefatigable laborer traditionally enjoyed respect and won honor among our ancestors. A hardworking and conscientious man has always been appreciated and considered an example for imitation.

Today too the Artsakh residents spare no effort and energy to make their land prosperous and develop their country. The state for its part does its best to protect the rights of workers, create jobs, eliminate unemployment, and provide people with jobs. These are important problems, which are at the center of the authorities’ attention.

Dear people of Artsakh!

I congratulate again you all on this wonderful spring holiday and wish you peace, good health and great achievements in your honest and just labor for the good of your families and native Artsakh”.
