Cars catches fire after crash in Yerevan

At 5:12 am on May 10 Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) received information about a car accident and fire near the Police Academy on Isakov Avenue in Yerevan.

A rescue team of the MES was sent to the scene, the ministry said.

Under still unclear circumstances an Opel Astra and an Opel Vectra collided. The Opel Vectra caught fire and was completely burned.

The fire was contained at 5:25 am and extinguished at 5:32 am.
