Armenian prime minister receives ambassador of Norway
Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan received today the newly appointed Norwegian Ambassador to Armenia Leidulv Atle Namtvedt (diplomatic residence in Moscow), according to the press office of the Armenian government.
Congratulating H. Abrahamyan on his appointment as prime minister of Armenia, the Norwegian ambassador stated that he will do his best to promote and deepen the bilateral relations.
Hovik Abrahamyan spoke about the current reforms and planned ones. The head of government said the program is going to be realistic and prioritize the country’s economic development. Measures will be taken to create equal conditions for doing business in Armenia and attraction of foreign investment to the republic.
The sides highly appreciated the humanitarian ties between the two countries. In the ambassador’s words, the small Armenian community of Norway enjoys respect among Norwegians.
