Armen Ghularyan appointed deputy minister of urban development

By a decision of Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, Anushavan Aivazyan was relieved of his post as deputy minister of urban development at his request. By another decision of the prime minister, Armen Ghularyan was appointed as deputy minister of urban development, according to the press service of Armenian government.
