Armenian president visits Sardarapat Memorial

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan visited today the Memorial Complex to the Battle of Sardarapat on the Day of the First Armenian Republic.

Accompanied by the President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan, top leaders of Armenia and high-ranking clergymen, Serzh Sargsyan laid a wreath at the monument immortalizing the memory of the Sardarapat Battle heroes.

Cultural events are being held today at the Sardarapat Memorial Complex.
