Hakobyan: New government is not going to rectify mistakes of previous one

Tigran Sargsyan resigned because the government headed by him had experienced failure, while the new government started its activities with foul play, without indicating the reasons for the previous government’s failure, the head of Heritage faction Ruben Hakobyan said in the Armenian parliament today during discussions of the report on the 2013 state budget execution.

Addressing the new government, Hakobyan said that instead of discussing the mistakes of the previous cabinet, the government declares that it will not assess the activities of the old one.

“It means that the new government is not going to rectify the previous cabinet’s mistakes and it does not want anyone to make an assessment in case of its own failure,” Hakobyan noted.

According to him, despite all claims, he does not see sincerity in actions of the new government. “You were deceived. You are neither intellectual nor beautiful. You are not even able to shoulder that burden,” the Heritage faction head said.

In his words, the current system is contraindicated for those who want to work properly.

In conclusion Ruben Hakobyabn said the country currently has problems that need more urgent solution than the implementation of constitutional reforms.

“You should get rid of political narcissism. In reality everything is bad. You will not change anything by resorting to deceit and slyness,” R. Hakobyan said.
