250 families return to Kessab

250 families have already returned to the Syrian town of Kessab. They fled their homes following militant attacks. On the instructions of Latakia’s governor, power and water supplies and communications service will be restored in the town within the next three days, ‘Gandzasar’ paper reports.

Terrorist groups had earlier attacked Kessab, setting fire to churches and cultural centers and looting shops and apartments.
