Morningstar concerned over ceasefire violation in Karabakh conflict zone

The OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs make efforts to prevent ceasefire violations and the escalation of tension on the Line of Contact, U.S. Ambassador to Azerbaijan Richard Morningstar was quoted as saying by Trend news agency.

According to the ambassador, to ensure it, the conflict should be finally settled. He stated that efforts will continue in this direction.

R. Morningstar also said that U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry plans to visit the region.
