To Aram Manukyan, political figure named Robert Kocharyan does not exist

“I did not read it, and I have no intention to do it. The political figure by the name of Robert Kocharyan ceased to exist for me long ago,” the secretary of Armenian National Congress (HAK) parliamentary faction Aram Manukyan told reporters when commenting on the recent statements of the second Armenian President Robert Kocharyan.

Discussing the sale of Vorotan Hydro Cascade, Aram Manukyan noted that “if thieves speak about a theft, it does not mean they become purer”.

“The sale of Vorotan Cascade is a crime against the state from a legal and political point of view. I will be consistent in this issue,” Manukyan said.
