Tevan Poghosyan: Trust in electoral system should be restored

Reforms can be carried out only by legitimate authorities, and as long as there is no trust in the electoral system, I consider it useless to participate in discussions on constitutional reforms, the Armenian parliament deputy, member of Heritage faction Tevan Poghosyan said.

“Under Article 2 of the Constitution, the power belongs to the people, and this article is not subject to change. There has been no public and political order for constitutional reforms. Besides, I believe that several versions should be presented to the public that will choose the most acceptable one. The people should decide whether we should develop according to this scenario,” Tevan Poghosyan said.
