Iranian man falls into river in Yerevan, search unsuccessful so far

Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) received information at 9:12 pm on July 6 that a man fell into the Hrazdan River near Nairi Medical Center on Paronian Street in Yerevan, MES said.

Rescue teams, including a diver, were sent to the scene.

It turned out that the missing man was a 30-year-old Iranian citizen, M.F.

Search for him was suspended at 11:55 pm and will resume early Monday, July 7.
