Armenian DM: Azerbaijan violated ceasefire 20 times in one day

On August 8 and early August 9 the Azerbaijani armed forces violated 20 times the ceasefire at various sections of the state border with Armenia.

Over 1400 shots were fired from guns of various calibers at Armenian positions, the press service of Armenian Defense Ministry reported.

“Armenian troops returned the fire 11 times. The Armenian side suffered no casualties. The Armenian side replies only in case of aimed fire by Azerbaijan,” Defense Ministry said.
