Rustamyan: Four factions to apply to court over accumulative pensions

The meeting agenda was quite rich. The first issue discussed at the meeting was related to constitutional reforms. There is some disagreement about the issue among the political forces. An exchange of views took place. Each of us should respect the position of the others. ARF-Dashnaktsutyun is in favor of constitutional reforms, while others are against,” the head of ARFD parliamentary faction Armen Rustamyan said at a briefing today following the meeting of the four non-government forces of the Armenian parliament.

In his words, the second issue had to do with the compulsory accumulative pension system. The four factions decided to apply to the Constitutional Court of Armenia concerning the pension issue.

“The date has not been established yet, but we will apply to the Court when a 65-page package is ready,” Rustamyan said.
