N. Zohrabyan: BHK supports law on administrative infractions

sThe secretary of Prosperous Armenia (BHK) faction Naira Zohrabyan made a speech in the parliament today, discussing the amendments to the Law on Administrative Infractions.

She said that BHK Party is in favor of the draft law.

“Under international law, citizens may not be deprived of their rights without a court decision. There is no country where citizens lose their property for nonpayment of taxes,” the BHK deputy said.

According to her, on their return from the United States, her colleagues found recently that their property was seized for non-payment of tax of 5,000 dram.

“It means that the Service for Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Acts received false information. After all, who will be held responsible for all this? I think the bill’s authors tried to raise a serious problem,” Naira Zohrabyan said.
