Prosecutor files reporter incident materials to Investigative Service

On the instructions of Armenian Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan, media reports about the September 9 incident outside the parliament were sent to the Special Investigative Service of Armenia, Prosecutor General’s Office said.

The incident took place between the reporter of A1+ Company Marine Khachatryan and the chief of the Armenian parliament’s security guards Karen Hayrapetyan who - the media reported – obstructed her professional duties.

Media reports were sent to the Special Investigative Service for the initiation of proceedings under the Criminal Procedure Code.
