Armenia, UK sign military cooperation plan

The first Armenian-British military-political discussions with the participation of officials of the Ministries of Defense of Armenia and the UK took place in Yerevan on September 29-30, Armenian Defense Ministry said.

The sides discussed Issues related to the development of Armenian-British military cooperation and the introduction of new initiatives.

The discussion results were summarized on September 30 at a meeting attended by First Deputy Defense Minister of Armenia David Tonoyan and British Ambassador to Armenia Katherine Leach.

The Armenian-British military cooperation plan for 2015-2016 was signed.
