ICRC representative: Over 4 thousand considered missing
More than 4 thousand people, including about 800 residents of Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh, are considered to be missing as a result of the Karabakh conflict, the representative of the Yerevan Office of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Zara Amatuni told reporters today.
According to her, the ICRC acts as a mediator when the matter concerns the return of a captive.
“Many issues worrying the public remain within the confines of a confidential dialog,” Z. Amatuni said.
