Iskandaryan: Activity of trio does not pose threat to Republican Party

The street activity of the trio of non-progovernment parties does not pose a threat to the ruling Republican Party of Armenia, political scientist Alexander Iskandaryan told reporters today.

According to him, their current activity differs in no way from the similar processes that occurred in the past.

“There is always such activity after the summer. Parties need these rallies to reinforce their positions on the political arena. At the same time, the opposition’s activity is rather lazy,” Iskandaryan noted.
