Tsarukyan and Ter-Petrosyan not to participate in December 10 march

‘Hraparak’ paper writes that the leader of Prosperous Armenia Party Gagik Tsarukyan will not participate in the march today, on December 10 on the occasion of Human Rights Day. According to ‘Zhoghovurd’, the chairman of Armenian National Congress Levon Ter-Petrosyan will not participate in the march either.
