Hakob Arshakyan appointed Minister of Transport, Communication and IT
Armenia’s President Armen Sarkissian signed a decree appointing Hakob Arshakyan in the post of Minister of Transport, Communication and IT.
PAP minister Ashot Hakobyan has been sacked from the office with the proposal of PM Pashinyan.
