IMF improves Armenia’s GDP growth forecasts

International Monetary Fund has published the October’s World Economic Outlook report with improved forecasts for Armenia’s economic growth.

For 2018 the IMF forecasts 6% GDP growth while in its April report the IMF mentioned just 3.4%.

In the new report IMF has predicted 4.8% GDP growth for 2019 while in previous it envisaged 3.5%.

The inflation forecasts for 2018 make 3% and for 2019 - 4.4%.

According to the Armenian state budget the GDP growth will make 4.5%.
