Criminal Court of Appeal judge to publish decision on his recusal on June 18

Judge of the Criminal Court of Appeal Armen Danielyan went to consultation room to make a decision over the petition submitted by representative of successor of the victim of March 1 and others.

The judge will publish the decision on June 18 at 4 p.m.

Seda Safaryan has petitioned for judge’s recusal.

All the sides joined the petition grounding it with the unreliability of the judge.
