Arsen Babayan is banned to use phone calls as means of contact: Ruben Melikyan

President of the Legal Line NGO Ruben Melikyan said that the ban on telephone calls of for former deputy head of the NA staff still exists.

“For all those who are frankly interested in the restriction of contacts of political prisoner Arsen Babayan (including with his 1 and 6 years old children) which was “heroically” and “humanly” lifted. The truth is that only the restrictions of contacts with family members have been lifted while the ban on phone calls is fully applied,” Melikyan wrote on Facebook.

“Agree, not all would want small children visit them in jail but would prefer to speak with them on phone, promising to return from business trip as soon as possible with full of presents,” Melikyan wrote on Facebook.
