Criminal case filed over death of conscript in Artsakh

Criminal case under the Article on “incitement to suicide” has been filed over the death of the conscript of Arstakh Defense Army Erik Harutyunyan who died after receiving a fatal wound on November 4 at about 7.30 p.m., Investigative Committee press service reports.

Harutyunyan died on the way to military hospital.

Examination is underway.
