Kocharyan’s attorney warns prosecutor against threatening

The court hearing of Kocharyan and other’s case kicked off in the Yerevan court of general jurisdiction of Shengavit district chaired by judge Anna Danibekyan.

One of the second president Robert Kocharyan’s attorney Hovhannes Khudoyan referred to the motion of the supervising prosecutor saying that some parts may definitely be described as lies.

The prosecutor Gevorg Baghdasaryan did not like the comment demanding that court reprimand the participant of the trial.

“Bring into order the participant of the trial otherwise with the terminology I possess I will respond to him. My peers too know terms which you will not manage to stand,” prosecutor Gevorg Baghdasaryan said.

Kocharyan’s other attorney Hayk Alumyan stressed that the accusing side voices threats in their address.

“You cannot threaten us, we have been threatened a lot, with your knowledge too, so your threats are not something new, and besides, you should know who you threaten,” Alumyan said.
