Thirty-six killed, 115 wounded among civilians as a result of Azerbaijan's bombing: Artak Beglaryan

Thirty-six civilians are 36 killed and 115 wounded as a result of the bombing of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces of the settlements of Nagorno-Karabakh, Artsakh Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan said.

"20 people out of 36 were killed in their homes, that is, as a result of deliberate enemy strikes," Beglaryan said, adding that 8 of the killed are women, 28 men.
