Parliament lifts martial law in Armenia

Armenia’s parliament voted today for lifting he martial law in the country.

118 deputies voted for, one against and one abstained.

The initiative was presented by the opposition factions – Bright Armenia and Prosperous Armenia.

Before the voting head of My Step faction Lilit Makunts stated that they would back the initiative.
