Armenia's Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan appointed first deputy FM

Armenia's Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decree dismissing Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan from the post.

With another decree Pashinyan appointed Grigoryan Armenia's first deputy foreign minister.
