Next year, a special government decision will be made on the Ajapnyak metro station: Avinyan (video)

Reports circulating in the media that the Ajapnyak metro project has been disrupted do not correspond to reality, Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan stated at a year-end press conference.

“I want to assure you that the Ajapnyak metro station project has passed all required examinations and is ready. Our legislation has never before dealt with a project of this scale and complexity, and this is the main reason for the time delays,” Avinyan said.

He added that a special government decision regarding the Ajapnyak metro station will be adopted next year.
