Nikol Pashinyan has not changed his position on the CSTO (Video)

“I have nothing to add regarding the CSTO. If I had something new to say, I would say it. What I said last time remains valid,” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated during a briefing with reporters following a government session, responding to a question from Aysor.am.

Earlier, Pashinyan had said that “it is more likely that we will withdraw from the CSTO than that we will unfreeze our membership.”

It should be recalled that at the end of last year, CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov expressed hope that Armenia would soon return to the organization, noting that all the necessary conditions and prerequisites for this were in place.
