Samvel Karapetyan is being illegally persecuted by the authorities; we have a positive attitude towards “Our Way”: Saghatelyan

Samvel Karapetyan is a political prisoner and is being illegally persecuted by the current authorities, said Ishkhan Saghatelyan, deputy of the Armenia faction and member of the Supreme Body of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun, during a press conference.

According to him, what is happening to Samvel Karapetyan is unacceptable and condemnable. Saghatelyan stated that Karapetyan is being persecuted for standing by Armenian identity and the Church.

Commenting on the “Our Way” movement, the ARF Supreme Body member said they have a very positive attitude toward it.

“We hope that this newly emerging movement will find its place and role within the opposition field,” the opposition politician added.
