Armenia’s “unfreezing” of CSTO membership considered unlikely – Intelligence Service
The 2026 assessment by the Foreign Intelligence Service of Armenia regarding the country’s relations with the CSTO largely mirrors last year’s conclusions.
The report notes that a resumption, or “unfreezing,” of Armenia’s CSTO membership is unlikely to occur.
“We continue to view this as a challenge to the authority of the regional security structure and as a potential source of consequences for the other member states,” the report states.
