“How can a person commit suicide without a motive?” said Armenia’s third President, Serzh Sargsyan, in a conversation with journalists, commenting on the deaths of former National Security Service Director Georgy Kutoyan and Hayk Harutyunyan.

Sargsyan added that he does not know what may have led to their deaths.
