In 2025, 7 tourists from Azerbaijan and 13,441 from Turkey visited Armenia
A total of 2,263,642 tourists visited Armenia in January-December 2025, Aysor.am reports, citing the annual summary data from the Armenian Tourism Commission.
According to the report, 7 tourists from Azerbaijan visited Armenia in 2025, staying an average of 18 days. For reference, Azerbaijani experts arrived in Yerevan by direct flight on October 21 of the same year.
The number of tourists from Turkey increased by 6.2% compared to the previous year, reaching 13,441.
The largest number of visitors to Armenia continues to come from the Russian Federation, although their number declined by 1.7% from the previous year, totaling 921,704.
Next in line is Georgia with 288,578 tourists, followed by Iran with 182,364 tourists.
