“There is peace in Armenia, assess the situation with that logic” – Deputy Defense Minister on regional developments

“There is peace in Armenia,” RA Deputy Minister of Defense Arman Sargsyan said in a conversation with journalists, referring to the developments surrounding the Iran and the broader Middle East region.

“I would like us to move forward taking this reality into account,” he noted.

The Deputy Minister added that a meeting of the Security Council had been convened to address the issue, and that the relevant state bodies are working to alleviate public concerns.

“There is peace in Armenia – assess the situation with that logic,” he emphasized.
