Civil Contract members happily spread the IRI survey, but Pashinyan’s situation is not that good: Mamijanyan

The results of the poll published 3 months before the elections are not yet a final picture, said Hayk Mamijanyan, head of the I Have Honor faction, during parliamentary briefings, referring to the polls published by the American International Republican Institute, IRI.

Hayk Mamijanyan has no explanation for why the American International Institute did not publish the survey data on the Republican Party or the I Have Honor faction.

The representative of the opposition force says that at the moment they are interested in one thing – removing Nikol Pashinyan from power.

“The Civil Contract party members happily spread the results of these polls, they simply do not know how to read a poll, when you convert these numbers into a rating using a formula, then Pashinyan’s situation is not that good, it is less than 50 percent. Pashinyan is getting less than 50 percent of the vote,” he noted.

The American International Republican Institute, IRI, has published the polls conducted in Armenia. To the question “which political party or alliance would you vote for if the parliamentary elections were next Sunday?”, the answers were distributed as follows:

Civil Contract party – 24%,

Strong Armenia – 9%,

Armenia alliance and ARF Dashnaktsutyun – 3%,

Prosperous Armenia – 3%.
